This is an excellent paper cutter and definitely worth the money. It's very accurate and easy to use. It's also incredibly sharp and gives nice clean, straight cuts to even 350gsm card.
It feels very sturdy and well made, and it's also easily serviceable, as replacement rotary blade heads can be bought from Dahle when the blades start to dull.
Only downsides are it is quite heavy so isn't easy to move around if you're small like me. Additionally, the clear plastic guard that is designed to hold paper in place during cutting can't be removed which means you can't cut anything smaller than the guard because you can't hold it straight. This is an issue for cutting business cards and other similar sized items down. But otherwise it is an excellent product and does a great job.
